Let It Rain

The first thing I think of when I hear a comment about rain is think of a song. Amanda Marshall is one of my favorite female artists - and BONUS - she’s Canadian. I have so many VIVID and wonderful memories of her music in my young life.

The next thing I think about is rain drops - up close and personal - or splashing in puddles.

Not gonna lie - I saw a Tik Tok today (yeah, I’m one of those old fogies who has Tik Tok) where a guy was jumping in puddles in a parking lot and people stopped to join him. Jumping is puddles and finding worms is my favorite rainy day activity. I love doing this with my kids.

Today, I took advantage of the rain.

And they are FAR from my best shots. But I took them. I made time to shoot. And if you read my yesterday post - that’s significant.

The rain signifies a cleansing. Nourishment.

It’s time to shift, adjust and GROW.

The weather and wildlife have been so stunning these past few days. If you aren’t inspired yet…
